This blog is dedicated to
the subject of North Korean Censorship and the problems that it causes for the
people of North Korea. We are a small group of high school students from the
United States that believe that this is a serious issue in today's world, and
hope to get the importance of this out to the public. We believe that by
spreading this information, and pointing out the significance of this issue to
the general population, it would be possible to solve the problem. We hope that
by shedding light and exposing such events in the world, social issues may be
improved upon and can be taught in order to make a difference.
I really like what you're doing here. Censorship is one of the worst things about today's world. This cause is a perfect example that no one can cover up the truth forever.

Personally once we come to peaceful means with North Koreans or are in alliance, we will be able to help them. For now I do not think they may greatly appreciate the Media and Western Lifestyle. Most North Koreans are not living 21st century luxuries and can't understand the way we live. They are under communist rule and have concentration camps killing thousands. Let's help this country become civilized before we teach them how to surf the web and watch Disney movies. Censorship to this degree is wrong but there are alot of other things we could help the North Koreans with.

ReplyDeleteInteresting information you have here. Not something that typically comes to mind when thinking North Korea. However, I am afraid I have to agree with Valery on this one.
ReplyDeleteNorth Korea in my opinion is a very sad subject in itself. One of the worst things about it is that their citizens are completely brainwashed... Or are we the brainwashed ones and North Korea really is best Korea?!??

I completely agree with this blog, I don't believe that there should be censorship.

Hopefully this blog doesn't become censored itself.
ReplyDeleteCool concept by the way.
Great blog! Good job!

I agree with what everyone else said...hopefully it doesn't become censored though!

North Korea already controls their citizens through indoctrination starting essentially beginning at birth. The fact that they censor anything that they themselves have not created shows how paranoid they are of losing control of the populace.
